Buying the land

In 2015, Northern Ireland Water sold off unused land. In Drumbo, land running along the North edge of Pinewood park was put on the open market, The land was intended for a future waste water treatment works, but NIW never proceeded with the project. The works never happened and the land was purchased by Drumbo Ltd and put in the trust of local lads who grew up in the area- David, Jonathan and Jeremy.
